Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

If your purchase is within 30 days of receipt of the item, you may return the item for repair or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To begin the return process, contact us at brasseurtrains@gmail.com about your purchase and what issues you are having with it.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

This policy only pertains to purchases made through our online store, if purchased through eBay please review their return policy.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If the returned item is found to not be the purchased item the return will be cancelled and item sent back.

Repairs

If you elect for a repair, send your return to the address given in your correspondence with the company. We will repair your return with no further charge and will send your item back to you with notification of shipping and a tracking number.

Refunds

If you elect for a refund, or if your item is found to be unrepairable, once the refund option has been decided and the item is in BETR’s possession your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
